TO MANAGER & STAFF - LET ME SIMPLY SAY THAT OUR SHORT STAY WE RATED AN OUTSTANDING "10". NO QUESTION THAT WE WILL TRY TO STAY THERE AGAIN. A PERSON AT THE RESORT CAN HAVE THEIR PRIVACY, AND STILL JUST BE A SHORT WALK TO TOWN. THE UNIT WE STAYED IN WAS FULLY LOADED FOR OUR NEEDS [INCLUDING A WASHER & DRYER]. THE "VIEW OF THE RIVER" & "HOT TUB" ARE THE PERFECT COMBINATION FOR RELAXING. THE WHOLE STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL."THANKS TO ALL THE STAFF"

Darrell and I just wanted to thank you for the fantastic time we had staying at your place. It was more than we could imagine. Your cabins are wonderful. You have everything anyone could want, everything you would need for a wonderful time. Your cabins are more than we expected, they are warm, with all the comforts of home yet rustic. We loved it!!!!!!! We also enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the river. As we were relaxing listening to the sounds of the river we saw 7 deer wonder by. What a way to celebrate our 46th anniversary.We will be back!!!!!!! Thanks again for a heavenly time.

This is a great little place with private little cabins about 1/2 a block from downtown Winthrop. We stayed in a very reasonably priced, seemingly brand new, one bed rooms stand alone "Cozy Cabin." This place is amazingly comfortable, designed to make you feel at home. Our cabin was a very warm one bedroom cabin built with warm wood, a small kitchen, propane wood stove, and most importantly a very private hot tub for two on the deck (terrific for a snowy January night!). The cabin was immaculate and well appointed, coffee maker, coffee, dishes, tea pot, whatever you might need. What was best about this place was the moment we checked in we had felt like we had checked out. We will definitely go back!

My wife and I were coming back from vacation October 1st and our last stop was Winthrop. We found River's Edge Resort by accident and stopped to look at a cabin for the night. We stayed. Your cabin provided everything we could want. It was the perfect end to a vacation!! We enjoyed it so much we just came back and had another wonderful time. Don't know if it will be this winter of next spring, but we plan to come again. Thanks for making the end of our vacation perfect!! Just wanted you to know your cabins are the best place we've ever stayed. You provide everything.

Just a quick note regarding your very nice River's Edge Resort. We stopped in Winthrop a few days ago and were lucky enough to check into your place. We really enjoyed our one-day stay and you deserve a big compliment on the way you built and manage the resort. Everything was well done. Our cabin (#11) was spotless, the amenities were numerous and the location on the river was an extra bonus... Thanks to you and your staff for your hospitality.

We have the pleasure of staying in cabin #23 for the past 2 nights. We absolutely love it and wished we owned a cabin so perfect and completely private. The cabin was clean and much bigger than we expected. It is "cabin-like" but modern, incredibly comfortable and in the perfect location. We hope to become frequent visitors to your wonderful resort. Thank you for thinking of everything. We really appreciate how incredibly organized you are, all the specific signs and directions provided in the cabin. We also really liked how you said exactly when the towel service would be, so we wouldn't have "housekeeping" knocking on the door at 8am when we were trying to sleep in! :) We were able to enjoy the area from a great location and celebrate my husband's birthday in style and relaxation. My wife and I spent four beautiful days in Winthrop at River's Edge Resort and we never had a better or more enjoyable time. Heidi and her staff made out stay great! Everyone was sp pleasant and made us feel like we were special. We are planning to go back at Christmas time and take more of the family with us. My wife is really excited about the trip. We stayed in #18 and it was everything you could possibly need and it is all first class. I saw a bad report and was curious about it, so I asked and lets just say there are two sides to every story. I would recommend this as a number one first class stop on anyone's vacation. Again Heidi thanks to you and your staff and we'll see you at Christmas.
